Staffed headshot stations for conventions
The sponsor booth people actually line up for is a photographer.
A compact, studio-lit headshot station that sets up in ten feet of floor space. A real photographer directs every person, and the finished headshot is in their inbox before they are back at their booth.
Based in San Diego. Travels the West Coast and major convention cities.

How much does a conference headshot station cost?
A staffed headshot station costs $2,450 for a half day (up to 4 hours, 80 to 120 headshots) or $3,950 for a full day (160 to 240 headshots), including the photographer, an assistant, studio lighting, on-site delivery, 48-hour retouching and a branded gallery. Travel outside San Diego is quoted per event.
That works out to roughly $16 to $25 per finished headshot at capacity. A studio charges more than that for one person, and your attendees did not have to drive anywhere or iron a second shirt.

How the station works
Ten feet of floor becomes a studio
Expo hall, foyer, breakout room or your office. Three-light setup, tethered camera, and a white, light grey or dark grey backdrop. Sponsors can brand it.
A photographer directs every person
Each attendee gets a minute of real posing direction and several frames, not one stiff shot in front of a backdrop. That minute is the difference between a headshot and a photo.
They pick, they type, it's delivered
Favorite frame chosen on screen, email typed, and a branded delivery email is waiting before they are back at their booth. Opt-in lead capture for sponsors.
Retouched finals inside 48 hours
Every session also lands in a branded online gallery, organized and live before the event wraps.

California office seriesWhat planners ask before booking
Is this a photo booth?
No. It is a working photographer with studio lighting who poses and directs every single person. Automated booths produce automated results. This produces a headshot people actually put on LinkedIn.
How many people can it handle?
20 to 30 an hour at a comfortable pace: 80 to 120 in a half day, 160 to 240 in a full day, no line forming. Bigger crowd? A second station doubles it.
Where do you travel?
Home base is San Diego. The station regularly travels the West Coast and to the major convention cities: Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Francisco, Anaheim, Seattle, Denver, Orlando, Chicago. Travel is quoted per event, and multi-day bookings absorb it fastest.
Can a sponsor brand the station?
Yes, and they should. Branded backdrop, branded delivery emails, and opt-in lead capture. A headshot station is the rare sponsorship attendees voluntarily stand in line for.
What backdrops are available?
White, light grey or dark grey as standard, and custom branded backdrops photograph just as cleanly.
Who is behind this?
